When filling out the application, please thoroughly complete all requested information. In addition to the completed application, you will be required to provide the following documentation:
Valid Government Issued Photo ID
Two most recent pay stubs or offer letter from the employer on company letterhead identifying start dates and salary.
A $50 application fee, per adult applicant (all adult occupants 18 years and older must submit an application).
A $250 holding fee that will be applied towards your security deposit. (non-refundable once approved).
